Dr. Marshall Jones,

 

Dr. Marshall Jones leverages his combined experiences as a law enforcement practitioner, consultant, executive coach, trainer, educator, and applied researcher to explore problems impacting organizations. A practitioner at heart, Dr. Jones considers himself an “accidental academic,” who has earned much of his graduate education in criminal justice and industrial-organizational psychology while working full-time in law enforcement. He also holds a doctorate in business administration with a focus on organizational behavior. Marshall has trained and presented on a variety of topics at state and regional police chief and sheriff associations, IACP, NSA, FBI NA, FBI, National Advocacy Center, Association of Threat Assessment Professionals, CLEAR, and numerous professional organizations. Marshall is currently researching leadership challenges, including recruiting and retention, generational differences, and leadership development systems. Dr. Jones is the co-author of Law Enforcement Leadership, Management and Supervision published by Blue360 Media. He publishes regularly in police executive practitioner journals.
