Dr. Marshall Jones is a distinguished law enforcement leader, educator, and innovator. With decades of experience as a police officer and academic, Dr. Jones has dedicated his career to shaping the future of law enforcement leadership.

Expertise: Leadership development, ethical decision-making, police recruiting, and retention strategies.
Background: Retired police officer, U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and founder of the undergraduate forensic psychology program at Florida Institute of Technology.
Credentials: Assistant professor and director at Florida Institute of Technology, consultant for organizations such as the FBI and U.S. Army, and a trusted advisor to law enforcement agencies nationwide.

Dr. Jones’s passion for bridging practical policing with academic research ensures PLI programs are data-driven, practical, and impactful.
