Individual Coaching

Executive and leadership coaching is commonplace in private industry and Federal agencies. We believe that coaching is a valuable developmental tool for law enforcement. We match agency members with coaches that have field experience and coaching competencies. Coaching can be done in person, online, or a combination

Group Coaching

Group coaching is an affordable option and core to our Workshop Plus developmental process. Participants discuss common goals, strategies, successes, and challenges, drawing from the collective experience of the group while developing professional rapport and networks that can last long past the group structured process. 

Our processes include programs that train mid-level and upper-managers as mentor-coaches from agencies partnering with PLI for agency-wide developmental programs. These programs leverage PLI training and workshops, group coaching processes, and further develop agency culture and capacities in training mentor-coaches that model the behaviors that can build sustainable agency cultures.
