Workshop Plus Options

The PLI Workshop Plus extends select live workshops by transforming traditional education into hands-on training and development opportunities. Participants attend in-person workshops and then engage in follow-up structured development activities, including group virtual coaching sessions, and mentor selection and engagement, over the course of 8 to 12 weeks.

This novel approach was designed to help participants effectively build supervision skills, leadership behaviors, and gain proficiency on tools for use on the job, supported by accountability mechanisms.
