Adam Cotter is the Chief Operating Officer of the Police Leadership Institute and the founder of HopeForHeroes.com, a platform dedicated to supporting first responders and law enforcement. With a background as a member of an Industrial ERT (Emergency Response Team) and volunteer firefighter, Adam grew up in a law enforcement and military family, instilling in him a deep understanding of service, resilience, and leadership. His diverse experiences fuel his passion for empowering those who protect and serve, making him a dedicated advocate for the growth and well-being of public safety professionals.
